Groundnut Cold-pressed Oil

Cold-pressed groundnut/peanut oil made with sun-dried, organic groundnuts. Unrefined, extracted using cold-pressed chekku/ghanis and without no chemicals intervention! This nutty, delicious oil is perfect for subzis, deep frying, shallow frying etc.

There are so many reasons to switch to cold-pressed traditional oils- they have a higher smoking point, (hence better suited for deep frying) and retain a lot more of the nutritional value. As they are packed with flavour, with cold-pressed oils, you only need to use half of the usual oil consumption!
